Residential mortgages: after a two year period, all residential base rate borrowers will benefit from a discount to their interest rate if they have met the terms laid out by the Society

• To qualify for this reduction, the borrower must have abided to all mortgage conditions, general and special, set by the society. They must have conducted their account satisfactorily and be in full residence of the property. If this is found to be correct this discount will be guaranteed for the remainder of the term.
• All of these mortgages are based on a variable negotiable rate set by the Society.
