Mortgage 2000 launches new fixed rate mortgage deal

M2-Mortgage Club and Norwich & Peterborough Building Society have launched a new mortgage product.

The mortgage has a five-year fixed rate of 4.79 per cent and there are no arrangement fees.

There is also no booking fee or valuation fee and £200 cashback on the purchase of the mortgage.

It is available to those looking to re-mortgage their property as well, and no legal fees are charged for those switching from another lender.
