A monthly market report released by Rightmove shows that even though the asking price for properties entering the market in the UK has decreased by 1.1% since last month, yet properties with a maximum of two bedrooms have increased by 1.7%.
As first time buyers are more likely to be looking to purchase a one or two bedroom, this is bad news, affecting the demographics of those who still live at home with parents, and those who are between the ages of 21-24 the most.
