Two-year fixed mortgage rates surge to one-year high

The two-year fixed mortgage rate has seen a recent rise to 2.4%. The raise is from 2.34 from last month. This trend was set by the Bank of England raising their rates by .5%. Those looking to broker a deal should not put off securing a mortgage or remortgage loan as these rates could go even higher. The rates have been continually trending up from an all time low of 2.17% that was seen in September.
