London Is Becoming the U.K.’s Laggard in the Housing Market … – Bloomberg

This year, London’s property asking prices have seen the second lowest increase out of 9 other regions surveyed by website RightMove, with a 2.5% increase. This falls below the national house price inflation which sits at 4.2%. The North East was the poorest performing region below London,with an increase of only 1.2% on property prices.
