Hello,
I have accepted a new job abroad. It is a temp contract so I will be abroad for 36 Months.
I have a mortgage currently in London. Should I continue to pay the mortgage as normal and rent the property out ?
Or I do I have to change the whole mortgage over to a buy to let ?
